INTRODUCTION

Constructing and putting together one's own computer system provides the user with the highest possible level of satisfaction and a very satisfying experience. To Assembles Desktop PC (Personal Computer) The users and builders of such systems are presumably considering constructing or assembling a computer rather than acquiring one that has already been pre-built or pre-assembled (Shimpi 2022). This project is designed to educate us on how computer students may construct a computer and peer-to-peer network with less stress and less amount of money, as well as how the computer that is constructed can match up with the processing requirements of the school Laboratory. This study was successful in purchasing the computer components that were part of the Sub-Assembly and coupling them together to create a computer system that was capable of competing with the performance of the branded version.

BACKGROUND FOR THE STUDY

Building the computer system on this research embarks on gathering different components/devices of computer system together in other to make a well functioning computer system available to the computer laboratory Gibson 2022) (THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC ADO-EKITI) and to enable students to be more familiar to each components of the computer system. This is done in order to make a well functioning computer system available to the computer laboratory Gibson 2022) (THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC ADO-EKITI Therefore, the entirety of the process of acquiring components, coupling, and the process of putting the OS (operating system) into the computer system will be covered by this project in its entirety. Constructing or putting together a Pentium IV computer offers a number of major benefits, some of which are listed below.

  1. Have knowledge of the many parts of a computer, as well as how they connect to one another and function.
  2. Comprehension of the software and mechanical components that make up a computer.
  3. Acquiring a Working Knowledge of Computer Hardware
  4. The capacity to personalise a computer in accordance with a variety of customised requirements.
  5. Constructing and putting together a computer system from its individual parts.
